Welcome to the IT Company Affiliate Program (the "Program"). This Affiliate Program Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and guidelines governing your participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate") in the Program. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
To be eligible to participate in the Program, Affiliates must:
Complete the affiliate application process.
Agree to and comply with our Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
Affiliates shall promote the Company's products or services in a professional and lawful manner.
Affiliates shall not engage in any false, misleading, or deceptive advertising practices.
Affiliates shall not engage in spamming, unethical marketing practices, or any activity that may harm the Company's reputation.
Affiliates shall not use any marketing materials or content that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of IT Company or any third parties.
Commissions shall be offered only on the sales of products or services falling within the shortlisted product groups as detailed in the table below:
No commission or bonus shall be paid if the referred customer only signs up and does not purchase any product or services.
The commission shall be paid after 60 days from the "date of payment." If the referred customer cancels the service or requests a refund, the Company shall not be liable to pay the commission amount.
Commissions will be paid only on the initial payment for a product or service and not on any subsequent recurring payments for the same product or service. If the referred customer purchases a different product or service, the referee will be entitled to earn a commission only on the first payment.
The IT Company Canada shall not be liable to pay commissions to Affiliates on the sale of products or services that are currently part of a company promotion or are offered at a discounted rate. Commissions shall be paid only on regular-priced products or services not subject to ongoing promotions or discounts. The determination of whether a product or service is eligible for commission shall be at the sole discretion of the IT Company Canada.
Please note that our commission program rewards you for referrals when your referred customer makes a purchase from our pre-approved list of products and services. Commissions are not awarded for sign-ups alone.
Commissions earned by Affiliates will be paid monthly.
Payments will be made via a bank account, as specified by the Affiliate in their Affiliate Program profile.
Minimum commission payout thresholds may apply, as specified on the Company's Affiliate Program webpage.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
IT Company Canada reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program immediately, without notice, for any breach of this Policy or the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Affiliates agree to keep all non-public information obtained through the Program confidential and shall not disclose such information to third parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
IT Company Canada reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the Affiliate Program dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Company refers to IT Company, a Pty Ltd registered in Australia, with its principal place of business at Suite 1307, 109 Pitt Street Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
Affiliate refers to any individual or entity that participates in the Company's Affiliate Program in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Program refers to the Company's Affiliate Program.
To enroll in the Program, prospective Affiliates must complete the online application at Affiliate Program and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any application for enrollment in the Program at its sole discretion.
The Company's employees, their friends, and relatives are not entitled to earn any commissions under this Program.
Affiliates may use the Company's provided marketing materials and logos solely for the purpose of promoting the Company's products or services in connection with the Program.
Affiliates shall not modify or alter any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
